Fissonpay is a licensed payment service provider, giving merchants worldwide local payment channels across major Asian markets plus crypto collection and payout.
The exhausting part of cross-border business was never the contract. It is that every new country means negotiating channels again, wiring up another interface, and building another reconciliation process.
We compress all of that into a single integration: one API, one back office, one statement — behind it, eleven markets, thirty-plus local channels and over fifty local payment methods.
Rate negotiation, channel stability, fund consolidation, exception handling — we carry all of it. You only need to think about the business itself.
We have been doing this since 2020, and over 500 merchants now collect payments on our system. Besides using our gateway directly, you can rent the whole system or take it white-label and run it under your own brand.
No layered subcontracting. In every market we connect directly to the leading local wallets and banks — the shorter the chain, the steadier the success rate, and there is always someone accountable when something breaks.
Payment methods differ enormously between countries, but what you see is a single REST interface and a single callback format. Adding a market does not mean changing code.
Reconciliation runs automatically and settlement is self-service in the back office. Risk rules are configured per merchant business model, not one model for everyone.
We confirm business type, target markets, expected volume and currencies, then work out which channels suit you.
We set out the channel mix, rates, settlement cycle and limits, then sign the agreement and complete merchant due diligence.
Sandbox and back-office accounts are opened, API documentation delivered, and a dedicated engineering group follows along.
End-to-end testing covering order creation, payment, callback, refund, payout and exception scenarios.
Switch to production; our engineers stand by through the first week, watching success rate and callback latency.
We review success rate and rate structure regularly and adjust the channel mix as your business changes.

Everything we promise, we deliver. Here is what that means in practice.
Support and engineering are online around the clock. Every merchant gets a dedicated group with commercial, technical and risk people in it — no ticket bouncing through three desks.
The sandbox opens the same day and one document gets every endpoint working. Most merchants go from receiving keys to finishing joint testing within a week.
The checkout is designed separately around each market's habits — not one interface translated ten times. Reconciliation, settlement and dashboards in the back office follow how operations teams actually work.
A direct channel means one less layer in the middle, and the rate structure stays transparent: per-transaction rate, settlement fee and FX loss are listed separately, never bundled into one vague number.
Request signing, IP allowlisting, amount and frequency thresholds, manual review of unusual orders. Risk rules are configured per merchant model so legitimate transactions are not blocked.
Sandbox the same day if paperwork is in order, production in as little as 24–48 hours. If you would rather not build anything, rent the whole system and skip the engineering queue entirely.
Gaming, forex and crypto, digital goods, content subscriptions, health products, travel — merchants that traditional gateways reject on industry code alone, we assess entity by entity.
| Item | Standard | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| First support response | Within 15 minutes | Messages in the support group, 7×24 |
| Technical incident response | Within 30 minutes | Anything affecting transactions is top priority |
| System uptime | 99.9% | Measured per calendar month, excluding channel-side outages |
| Callback latency | Seconds | Automatic retry on failure; retry policy in the integration docs |
| Settlement processing | From T+1 | Exact cycle depends on channel and market — see the payment methods page |
| Statements | Issued daily | Self-service download in the back office, also available via API |
| Sandbox provisioning | Same day | Paperwork complete and submitted during business hours |
| Production launch | 24–48 hours | Standard integration; as little as 24 hours on the rental model |
There is no hard floor, but rates are tiered by monthly volume. The tier bands are shared at the quotation stage.
Yes. Integration is enabled market by market; starting with one and expanding gradually is common and does not require reintegration.
Failed callbacks are retried automatically under policy, and the back office provides an order query endpoint so you can reconcile actively. If a discrepancy remains, raise it in the support group and our engineers will pull the channel-side records to compare.
Yes. Refunds and payouts run on separate endpoints; available markets and timing vary by channel — see the payment methods page.
Neither the direct gateway nor the rental system has a setup fee — you pay per transaction only. Custom builds and private deployments are quoted separately based on requirements and scale.
Let's talk first. We assess the entity itself rather than rejecting on industry code, provided the entity is legitimate, holds the necessary local qualifications and can pass compliance due diligence. See the industries page.
Yes. Under white-label, the checkout, merchant back office, admin panel, API documentation and email notifications all carry your brand and domain; standard setup goes live in 48 hours.
One integration covers eleven Asian markets, 50+ local payment methods and the major cryptocurrencies. Every market is fitted with the wallets, net banking and QR rails people there actually use.

BTC mainnet collection and payout, credited by network confirmation count.
Both ERC20 and TRC20 are supported; TRC20 is cheaper and confirms faster, so it is what we recommend day to day.
Tron's native token, usable for collection, payout and on-chain fees.
Yes. Settlement in local currency or converted uniformly into USDT / USD is supported; the FX rate is the reference rate at settlement time, with the exact rules set out in the agreement.
They vary widely by channel and are constrained by channel-side and local regulatory policy. A per-transaction and daily limit table for each channel is provided at onboarding.
In markets with several channels configured, the system switches automatically based on availability and users notice nothing. In single-channel markets an alert goes to both the back office and the support group.
One REST API, one callback format, one back office. Integrate once and adding markets later needs no code changes.
Our team stays with your API integration from start to finish — providing support and writing code. If needed, endpoints can be customised around your business.
A flexible, stable interface that drops straight into web or mobile apps, cutting both the long integration cycle and its cost.
Full control over the payment experience. Connect straight to the REST endpoints and build your own checkout — best for merchants with an in-house team.
Ready-made libraries for the major languages, with authentication, signing and error handling already packaged — half the glue code disappears.
Redirect to our hosted checkout page: minimum development, full payment method coverage, mobile-optimised and brandable.
You receive a merchant ID, API key and signing secret, and a back-office account is opened at the same time. Channel behaviour in the sandbox matches production, and success, failure and timeout can all be simulated.
Call the create-order endpoint to get a checkout URL or payment parameters, and configure a callback URL to receive results. Callback signatures must be verified.
Six scenarios: successful payment, user abandonment, timeout closure, duplicate callback, refund and payout. Sign-off happens in the engineering group.
Swap in production keys and domain and set the IP allowlist. Our engineers stand by for the first week, watching success rate and callback latency.
REST and JSON, with amounts as integers in the smallest currency unit. Every request carries a merchant ID and an HMAC-SHA256 signature, and the sandbox mirrors production so success, failure and timeout can all be simulated.
The same order's callback may arrive several times, so your side must be idempotent on merchant order number — return success for duplicates and do not fulfil twice.
Do not rely on callbacks alone. Schedule periodic queries for orders without a final status so a network glitch does not leave them hanging.
The API uses integers in the smallest currency unit throughout to avoid floating-point errors. Confirm the decimal places for each currency before integrating.
Sandbox and production keys are not interchangeable. Update the egress IP in the back office before it changes, or requests will be rejected.
At minimum: payment timeout closure, mid-flow abandonment, duplicate callback, refund, and payout failure returned to balance.

Only bank transfer was available and drop-off at checkout was severe. After adding QRIS and DANA, the mobile payment path went from five steps to two.
High-frequency, low-value and sensitive to callback latency. Running Momo and Zalo Pay in parallel means an automatic switch when the primary channel falters, invisible to players.
Course refunds were frequent, so refunds and payouts both had to work. UPI collection plus the payout endpoint turned refunds from manual transfers into one click in the back office.
Multi-market collection, local wallet coverage, settlement by currency.
High-frequency low-value payments, callbacks in seconds, dual-channel redundancy.
Collection and payout in both directions, with automated refund flows.

High success rates, real-time payouts and 7×24 human backup. That is the whole of what we promise acquiring merchants.
We monitor success rate and response latency channel by channel; anything below threshold is automatically down-weighted and repeated failures get the channel pulled. Below is how each market's primary channel performed over the last 30 days.
| Market | Primary channel | Success rate | Average response | 30-day trend |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| India | UPI | 99.1% | 280 ms | Stable |
| Indonesia | QRIS | 98.9% | 310 ms | Stable |
| Vietnam | Momo Pay | 98.7% | 295 ms | Improving |
| Philippines | GCash | 98.4% | 340 ms | Stable |
| Bangladesh | bKash | 98.2% | 380 ms | Stable |
| Thailand | PromptPay | 99.0% | 265 ms | Stable |
| Malaysia | TnG / GrabPay | 98.5% | 330 ms | Stable |
Several channels run in parallel in each market, with traffic allocated dynamically by live success rate, response latency and remaining limit headroom.
Retryable failures are automatically resent on another channel, so the user experiences one payment. Non-retryable errors return immediately rather than dragging on.
Sampling every second; a channel dipping below threshold is down-weighted automatically, and repeated failures get it pulled with an alert to the support group.
Payouts run on separate channels and do not consume acquiring headroom. Most markets support D0 real-time credit, with no wait for next-day settlement.
| Market | Payout channel | Time to credit | Per-transaction limit | Daily limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| India | UPI / IMPS | D0 · 1–3 min | ₹200,000 | ₹5,000,000 |
| Indonesia | Bank transfer | D0 · 3–10 min | Rp 50,000,000 | Rp 1,000,000,000 |
| Vietnam | Bank transfer / Momo | D0 · 2–5 min | ₫200,000,000 | ₫3,000,000,000 |
| Philippines | GCash / InstaPay | D0 · 1–5 min | ₱50,000 | ₱2,000,000 |
| Bangladesh | bKash / Nagad | D0 · 5–15 min | ৳25,000 | ৳1,000,000 |
| Thailand | PromptPay | D0 · 1–3 min | ฿500,000 | ฿5,000,000 |
| Malaysia | DuitNow | D0 · 2–8 min | RM 30,000 | RM 500,000 |
| Cryptocurrency | USDT TRC20 | D0 · after on-chain confirmation | — | Per limit |
Single and bulk modes are both supported; bulk accepts a file upload or an API array, up to 500 transactions per batch.
When a payout fails because of a problem with the recipient account, the funds return to your merchant balance by the same route with a callback — no manual claim needed.
Every gateway capability is reachable through the REST API, with predictable endpoint naming and JSON in both directions. Interfaces are versioned and deprecations are announced in advance.
A complete sandbox that mirrors production. Every payment method can be tested and success, failure and timeout scenarios simulated, so the integration is proven before launch.
TLS 1.3 in transit, tokenised storage for sensitive payment data, card data handled to PCI requirements, and local compliance per market.
Commercial, technical and risk people sit in the same group — no ticket routing. First response within 15 minutes, 7×24 without a break.
When a channel misbehaves we tell you, with the scope of impact, expected recovery time and a workaround. You should not have to notice it first and come asking.
Every merchant gets an account manager handling rate reviews, limit adjustments, new market activation and monthly reconciliation reviews.
Engineers are on standby through launch week and major promotions, watching success rate and callback latency curves live.
Sandbox and back-office accounts open the day you submit documents, with merchant ID, API key and signing secret issued.
Two endpoints cover the main flow; just verify the callback signature. Sample code in several languages can be copied directly.
Once the six scenarios are signed off, swap in production keys, set the IP allowlist and you are live.
Local wallets, bank transfer, QR and crypto — the checkout is configured to what users in each market actually do, not one interface translated ten times.
Rate quotes, market activation, contracts and qualifications.
Endpoint integration, joint testing, troubleshooting, production issues.
Upstream channel supply, agent commissions, joint operations.

Direct channel providers come first. We will look at volume from layered subcontracts too, but the rate and stability have to hold up and the tier relationship must be disclosed.
Collection success rate must stay above the listed level over time, with callback latency in seconds. There is a 7-day observation period after integration, and volume is set on measured data.
Settlement on the agreed cycle with no unexplained delays. First-month deposit and settlement cycle are negotiable, but once agreed we do not accept unilateral changes.
Standard API documentation, a sandbox and a technical contact. Callback retries, order queries and reconciliation files must be supported.
Hold the necessary local licence or have a clear relationship with a licensed institution, and be able to provide entity documents and a compliance statement.
You supply the channel, we bring the volume, settled per transaction or on the rate spread. Minimum guarantees are negotiable at volume.
Introduce merchants or channels and earn commission on actual transaction value, with tiered rates, paid monthly.
Share the channel build-out and merchant acquisition in a given market, with revenue split at an agreed ratio.
Tell us the market, payment methods, daily capacity, rates and settlement cycle. Send documents first and book a call after, if you prefer.
Submit entity documents and a compliance statement; we complete due diligence, usually in 2–3 business days.
Exchange API documentation and run sandbox testing covering collection, payout, callback, query and reconciliation.
A 7-day low-traffic trial measuring success rate, latency, settlement punctuality and reconciliation accuracy.
Once the data holds up, volume ramps against monthly targets and the channel joins the regular routing pool.
Local currency or USDT, both supported. USDT settles on TRC20, converted at the reference rate at settlement time; the rate source and timing are written into the agreement.
T+0 to T+1, agreed by market and partnership model. A deposit or security amount may apply in the first month, with the figure agreed commercially.
A standard reconciliation file is issued daily with order number, amount, fee, status and completion time. Available via API pull or SFTP push.
Raise discrepancies on T+1; both sides complete the comparison within 48 hours. Channels with a persistently high discrepancy rate are down-weighted.
Business licence or certificate of incorporation, shareholder and UBO information, proof of registered address. Overseas entities need notarised or certified documents.
A copy of the local payment licence, or a cooperation agreement with a licensed institution. Agents must disclose the upstream entity and authorisation chain.
Supported payment methods, daily capacity ceiling, success rate and latency data for the last three months, and prior partnership references.
API documentation, sandbox, an explanation of the callback and reconciliation mechanisms, and technical contact details.
Settlement entity, bank account or on-chain address, preferred settlement currency and cycle.
Fissonpay is a licensed payment service provider headquartered in Makati, Philippines, with a branch in Dubai. We currently cover eleven markets, thirty-plus channels and over fifty local payment methods, serving cross-border e-commerce, digital content and online service merchants.
Our volume comes mainly from our own merchants; we are not a middleman reselling flow. What we send channels are real merchant orders, and settlement runs on the agreed cycle without funds being held back.
Bring the market, payment methods, daily capacity and rates, and the first conversation can already reach a conclusion.
Take our gateway directly, rent the whole system, put your own brand on it, or configure it by industry. The technology underneath is the same; how you use it is up to you.
Just starting out? Rent first and talk customisation once it works. Already have merchant relationships? Go straight to white-label. No model is inherently better — only more or less suitable.
A complete third-party payment gateway: multi-currency processing, real-time settlement and a merchant back office, all included. Whether you build or rent, it starts from this system.
No in-house build, no infrastructure spend — rent a system already running in production. Live in as little as 24 hours, priced per transaction, no setup fee.
Checkout, merchant back office, admin panel and API documentation all carry your brand and domain, with us running the layer underneath. Standard setup goes live in 48 hours.
Merchants that traditional gateways reject on industry grounds, we assess entity by entity, with chargeback protection and transparent reserve management.
Tuned specifically for high-frequency deposits and fast withdrawals: callbacks in seconds, dual-channel redundancy, and risk rules modelled on player behaviour.
On-chain collection and payout in BTC, USDT (ERC20 / TRC20) and TRX, usable alongside fiat channels, with your choice of settlement currency.
Building it yourself gives full control; the price is time and people. Below is the same yardstick applied to both — do not look at unit price alone.
| Factor | Rent a ready system | Build from scratch |
|---|---|---|
| Time to launch | 24 hours | 3–12 months |
| Upfront investment | 0, priced per transaction | Several hundred thousand dollars and up |
| Engineering team | Not required | At least 5–15 people |
| Infrastructure | Fully managed by us | Built and run by you |
| Payment methods | 50+ already integrated | Each one integrated separately |
| Security and compliance | Included and maintained | Your responsibility |
| Version updates | Upgraded automatically | Ongoing engineering investment |
| Customisation | Configurable within the platform | Unlimited |
| Scaling | Scales automatically with volume | Requires capacity planning upfront |
| Risk | Low — the system is proven at volume | High — unproven until it goes live |
Handles high-concurrency payments with cross-channel smart routing, automatic failover and retry on failure — all prioritising success rate.
Transaction monitoring, settlement management, analytics, report export and payment method configuration — live data across every market on one screen.
Full REST API documentation plus SDKs for Node.js, Python and PHP. Creating orders, checking status and issuing refunds are all programmable.
Configurable settlement cycles, batch tracking, automatic reconciliation and multi-currency payouts to the accounts you specify.
Reports on volume, success rate, revenue and settlement, with CSV / PDF export and scheduled email delivery.
Frequency checks, device fingerprinting, IP analysis and custom risk rules — active on day one, nothing extra to buy.
Everything merchants and end users touch — checkout, merchant back office, email notifications, API documentation, settlement reports — carries your name. Nothing of ours appears on any external interface.
Logo, colour, typography and visual guidelines applied across every touchpoint, keeping checkout, back office, email and documentation consistent.
Checkout, back office and API all run on your domain, with SSL certificates and DNS handled by us.
Handle merchant onboarding, payment method permissions, risk rules, KYC documents and merchant-level settings from your admin panel.
You price your downstream merchants: per-transaction rate, monthly fee, setup fee and tiers are all yours to set, and the spread over our wholesale rate is your margin.
PSPs with existing merchants entering a new market. No need to rebuild local infrastructure — take white-label and open for business in days, with no break in brand continuity.
Aggregators building merchant portfolios in emerging markets. Take the full technology stack as it is — onboarding, processing and settlement all under your own brand.
Early teams that want a payment product out quickly. Skip years of development and compliance groundwork and start generating revenue on day one.
Large companies needing an internal payment platform for subsidiaries, franchise networks or partner ecosystems, centralised under the group brand.
Confirm the business model, target markets, downstream merchant profile and branding requirements, then set the payment method mix and rate structure.
Provide your logo, colours and domain; we apply the branding across checkout, merchant back office, admin panel, API documentation and email templates, and configure domain and SSL.
Run the full checkout, back office and admin flows in the sandbox; branding and configuration can be adjusted repeatedly until you are happy.
Switch to production, create merchant accounts in the admin panel, assign payment methods, set rates and start running real transactions.
Want to launch quickly, spend nothing upfront and avoid running infrastructure? Rent. Need full control of the code, unusual payment flows, or deep integration with existing systems? Build. We do both, and renting first then building later is fine.
No. Redirecting to the hosted checkout is the simplest possible integration. For deeper integration there is the REST API or SDKs for Node.js, Python and PHP, with full documentation and sample code.
No. Checkout, back office, email, API documentation and settlement reports all carry your brand, and nothing of ours appears on any external interface.
Standard brand configuration goes live within 48 hours. Custom checkout flows or back-office modules usually take 3–5 business days.
The data is always yours. After a partnership ends, transaction data and reports stay available for export for 90 days, with export tools provided; moving from rental to white-label or private deployment is a smooth migration with no downtime and continuous data.
The rental model has no setup fee, only per-transaction charges. Custom builds are quoted separately by requirements and scale, at the commercial stage.
Higher chargeback rates, complex regulation, and traditional gateways declining at a glance of the industry code — we judge these merchants on the entity itself.
There is only one condition: a legitimate entity, the necessary local licences, and the ability to pass our compliance due diligence. Leave the rest to us.
Real-money skill games, esports, fantasy sports and entertainment platforms. Instant deposits, fast withdrawals, and payment methods matched to each market's players.
Forex trading platforms, crypto exchanges and brokers. High-value, high-frequency processing, multi-currency support and fast settlement.
Digital content platforms, SaaS, subscription services and downloadable media. Recurring billing, instant delivery confirmation and dispute handling for intangible goods.
Membership content sites and creator platforms. Configurable billing descriptors, age verification integration, and stable channel relationships that do not end without cause.
Supplements, weight management and health e-commerce. Trial-to-subscription billing, and chargeback prevention for categories with high return rates.
Online travel agencies and booking platforms. Large single transactions, advance payment, multi-currency processing and refund management when plans change.
Onboarding is assessed against retail e-commerce standards, and the risk model labels an entire industry instead of judging each merchant on its merits. The result: blanket industry bans, chargeback thresholds set at unrealistic levels of 0.5–1%, accounts closed without warning, excessive holds, and overly conservative readings of emerging-market regulation.
We assess entity by entity, looking at your actual operations rather than an industry code. Chargeback thresholds are set at realistic industry levels with proactive alerting; we do not close accounts without warning and raise concerns in the support group first; reserve ratios follow your real risk profile, with the release schedule written into the agreement.
Layered chargeback prevention: real-time risk scoring, frequency checks, device fingerprinting, 3D verification and chargeback alert integration. Suspicious transactions are stopped before they become chargebacks, keeping your ratio inside safe limits.
A fraud detection model tuned specifically for high-risk verticals, combining transaction patterns, user behaviour, device data and geolocation to separate real users from fraudsters. Rules are configurable per industry and per merchant.
Local currency processing across every covered market: INR, IDR, BDT, PKR, PHP, THB, VND, KRW, MYR and CNY. Local currency cuts cross-border decline rates significantly and converts better.
Held, pending and released rolling reserve amounts are visible in real time in the back office. The ratio follows your actual risk profile rather than a blanket industry number, and releases run to schedule.
A player whose deposit has not landed in 30 seconds goes elsewhere. One slow withdrawal and the trust is gone. Peaks from tournaments, server launches and events are unpredictable, and the level of malicious chargebacks this industry attracts is enough to get an account closed on an ordinary gateway.
Most gateways are built for retail e-commerce: one-off purchases, predictable patterns. They do not understand gaming's rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles and cannot confirm in seconds. Faced with gaming traffic, they freeze accounts and flag legitimate deposits as fraud.
UPI, e-wallets and QR payments confirm in seconds, and real-time callbacks update balances immediately — players never wait.
Payouts via local bank transfer, wallets and mobile money, with an automated flow plus configurable approval steps and same-day credit in most markets.
UPI in India, QRIS and OVO in Indonesia, GCash in the Philippines, PromptPay in Thailand — the methods players already use convert far better.
Deposit frequency, amount clustering, multi-account detection, bonus abuse prevention and geolocation checks. Five deposits in an hour is normal gaming behaviour and should not be blocked.
Automatic scaling through tournaments, server launches and major promotions, with no manual intervention — smooth from hundreds to millions of transactions.
Gaming never closes, and neither does support. Round-the-clock technical help on Telegram, proactive monitoring and automatic alerts.

Card and competitive real-money games popular across India and Southeast Asia. Rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles demanding instant credit and reliable payouts, with KYC and anti-fraud alongside.
Tournament entry fees, prize pool distribution and in-game purchases. International tournaments need multiple currencies, entries are time-sensitive, and prizes must go out in bulk across several countries.
Fantasy cricket, football and similar platforms. Deposit peaks before big fixtures, thousands of concurrent entries, and cross-market prize distribution afterwards — all of it has to hold.
Quiz, puzzle and strategy games with small cash prizes. Micropayment support for low entry fees and efficient bulk distribution of small payouts.
These businesses place the highest demands on channel stability and chargeback protection, and regulation varies enormously between jurisdictions. We only serve entities holding a valid local licence that can pass compliance due diligence.
In-app purchases of items, skins and subscriptions. Small amounts, high frequency, low refund rates — the focus is settlement efficiency and clean reconciliation.
Platforms where deposits land in seconds and withdrawals are reliable keep users longer. Every payment friction point — slow deposits, failed transactions, too few options — is a reason to move to a competitor.
Once a user decides to pay, every extra step, every unfamiliar method and every redirect is a drop-off point. The checkout is built around local habits: no forced third-party wallet sign-up, no currency confusion.
In emerging markets, local payment methods typically convert several times better than international cards. Indian users pay when they see UPI; Filipino users pay when they see GCash. There is no shortcut around it.
Industries with elevated chargeback rates, regulatory complexity, or reputational risk in the eyes of traditional banks — typically online gaming, forex and crypto, digital goods, content subscriptions, health products, travel and subscription services. If a traditional gateway has declined you or closed your account without cause, you are probably in this group.
Before the transaction: real-time risk scoring, frequency checks, device fingerprinting, IP geolocation checks and 3D verification. After it: chargeback alerts and help assembling evidence for representment. The risk model is tuned per industry so legitimate transactions are not caught.
A set percentage of transaction value is held back as a buffer against chargebacks and refunds, then released after a period — commonly 90–180 days. The ratio follows your actual risk profile rather than a blanket industry number, and held and released amounts are visible in real time in the back office.
Most gaming platforms complete deposits, withdrawals and callbacks in 1–3 days, and go from first contact to live within 48 hours. The REST API works with any stack, and SDKs for Node.js, Python and PHP plus a hosted checkout are also available.
Every industry solution starts with compliance due diligence: entity documents, local operating qualifications or licences, and a statement on the source of funds. Some industries are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions, and we do not take merchants who cannot show a lawful basis to operate.
